Pallet labelling system -PAE

PAE is an innovative label print & apply system. Up to three sides of a pallet can be labelled by means of pneumatictic track axes. The labels are printed with individual data immediately before the application process. Thermal transfer printing modules from CAB, Zebra & Intermec can be integrated for this.

Efficiency, productivity and traceability are increasingly in demand and there is a great need for effective automatic pallet labelling systems. The b + b pallet labeller offers a variety of features in two different cabinets: aluminium or stainless steel.

Our PAE system represents a flexible, reliable, secure and user-friendly solution that will ensure maximum productivity over many years, even in the roughest industrial environments.

The b + b pallet labeller with its modular design can easily be integrated into production lines and is in full compliance with GS1 standards. The labeller is completely integrated in a stable housing and thus protected against harsh environmental conditions.

PAE pallet labelling system is available in left or righthand construction.  Labelling takes place when the pallet is at a standstill. For this, the pallet will be stopped in the respectively desired position in front of the labelling system. 

The labels will be pressed at the handover and a springloaded transfer stamp compensates for any possible alignment errors between stamp plate and pallet surface.
